It's Mellow & Mend's signature warming treatment — a custom massage layered with hot stones, warm bamboo sticks, and hot towel compresses throughout the session. The heat softens and prepares muscle tissue so that deeper therapeutic work is possible with a gentler touch. It's the most cozy, most enveloping treatment on the menu.

This treatment was designed with exactly that in mind. Heat does much of the releasing work that would otherwise require heavier pressure — warmed muscles are far more receptive to therapeutic work than cold ones. If you've avoided deep tissue because the pressure feels like too much, this session can get you real results without it.

Grounding and deeply warming — the bamboo is smooth and firm, rolling along muscle tissue with a consistent heat that's unlike hands or stones. Most clients find it surprisingly comforting. It's particularly effective on larger muscle groups like the back, glutes, and legs, where the shape and warmth of the bamboo can reach and release tension in a very specific way.

If this is your first time trying the Mellow, Mend, Melt — go 90 minutes. The warmth layers build gradually and the session benefits from having time to breathe. The 75-minute session is great if you've had it before and know what areas need the most attention, or if 90 minutes doesn't fit your schedule. Either way, you won't leave disappointed.
