my story
I love massage therapy for its endless benefits, not only for the anatomical body that carries us through life but also the way it invites us to come back to ourselves.
After more than 10 years of working in both spa and clinical settings, I created Mellow and Mend to be a beautiful blend of both worlds. A space where each body feels comfortable, safe, and deserving of receiving bodywork. An approachable place for bodywork and self care without the pretense or the misconception that it is only a luxury.
